In which way we can be helpful for you?

VMS visa center assists in visa application process for Estonia visa for tourism, business, study, work, visiting relatives or friends, visiting burials, also transit, medical and official invitation purposes.

 Why do you need apply at our visa center?

LLC “Visa Management Service” is officially authorized by the Estonian Embassy in Moscow, the Estonia General Consulate in St. Petersburg and Pskov Chancery of the Estonia General Consulate in St. Petersburg to provide services of the Estonian visa processing in Russia.

VMS is certified with the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 quality management system certificate.

How much does it cost to apply for the Estonian visa?

VMS fee for visa processing – 1300 rubles per application (in case of applying in Saint Petersburg Visa Center). Children under 6 years of age are an exemption for service fee (regardless of nationality).

Visa fee – 35 euros (payment is accepted in rubles at the Central Bank exchange rate on the payment date)

NB! Visa Center services in St. Petersburg office can be paid in cash or by credit card till 16:00, after 16:00 – ONLY by credit card.

What are the rules to be followed in VMS office.

In VMS office for security reasons and for the purpose of effective working, usage of mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted. Mobile phones and electronic devices should be switched off during the whole period of stay in the Estonian visa center.

How to access the visa center?

Entrance to the Business center “Nevsky 30”, office 3.2 is organized by magnetic card which can be received at the reсeption by providing the passport or another document with the photo proving your identity (the international passport, the military ID, the driving license, the student ID card). While leaving the Business center the magnetic card has to be left on the magnetic card reader.

What are the working hours for VMS office

Documents submission walk in:
MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY,
from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  (midday) .
Documents submission by appointment
(The priority is given to the applicants who had fixed an appointment):
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY, from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Documents submission by appointment
(The priority is given to the applicants who had fixed an appointment):
TUESDAY, THURSDAY, from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Passport collection:
MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY,  from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

NB! We kindly request the applicants to book the appointment for documents submission via website or by calling to the call-center: +7 (812) 385 29 71, all applicants are kindly requested to provide correct contact details. In the case of visiting the visa center without an appointment, the service is provided on a first-come basis. The priority is given to the applicants with appointments.

If you would like to submit the applications for a Schengen visa for a group of more than 5 people (between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.), or to schedule an appointment for more than 4 people (between 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.) we kindly ask you to send the request to spb@estoniavms.ru, writing in the subject “Group document submission” and provide the following information for each applicant: name, surname, date of birth, passport number, passport expiry date, the date of submission at the visa center, nationality, contact phone number.
